摘    要:人乳低聚糖是一类存在于人乳中的天然低聚糖,是人乳中有利于婴幼儿生长发育必不可少的有益组分.本文介绍了入乳低聚糖的种类和组成以及它对婴幼儿的生理作用,分析了婴幼儿配方食品添加低聚糖的原因及意义,以期为婴幼儿配方食品的进一步开发研究提供参考.

Abstract:Human milk oligosaccharides, beneficial to infant growth and development, are oligosaccharides naturally occurring in human milk. This paper describes the composition and functions of human milk oligosaccharides as well as their role in infant growth and analyzes the reason for adding oligosaccharides in infant formula, aiming to provide useful guidelines for the research and development of infant formula foods.
