| 摘 要： | 试验采用“华椒17号”在塑料大棚内育苗,分别于破心期、1、2、3、4、5、6片真叶期进行一次性分苗。试验结果表明,在3叶期分苗的株高、开展度、节间长度、茎粗、叶片数、叶面积、干重、壮苗指数、花芽分化指数等指标为最优,在1叶期之前和5叶期之后分苗,秧苗质量显著降低。

| Abstract: | Seedlings of pepper (Huajiao 17) were raised in a quonset greenhouse. The seedlings were first transplanted in cotyledon. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 true leaf stages respectively. The heigth, width, nodal length, stem diameter, leaf number. leaf area, dry weight, strong seedling index and bud initiation were measured or counted before the seedlings were transplanted into fields. The results showed that seedlings transplanted in the 3 leaf stage was of best quality, in contrast to those transplanted before 1 true leaf stage or after 5 true leaf stage. |
