| Abstract: | Beginning with analyzing the basic characteristic of realty market economy, this paper states the new problems of realty industry under the environment of market economy. It also tries to explain the problems in aspects of conception, technology and inherent rules,from the angle of development stratagem, which can provide benefit revelation of current realty market in performing realty economy. |
