固相萃取-气相色谱法测定水中多种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留

建立了固相萃取-气相色谱法测定水中8种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量的方法:水样采用正己烷提取、氯化钠盐析、弗罗里硅土固相萃取柱净化,经丙酮:正己烷(1:9)溶剂洗脱,洗脱液吹氮浓缩,采用气相色谱外标法定量分析.测定结果显示:8种拟除虫菊酯类农药在仪器上的检测限为1.0～4.0μg/L线性范围内相关系数为0.99951～1.00000,方法检测限为0.02～0.08μg/L;在0.20～20.00μg/L加标情况下的8种拟除虫菊酯类农药的回收率为92.6%～108.0%,方法精密度为1.3%～5.6%.该检测方法具有快速、简便、准确、灵敏、重现性好的特点,适合于水中拟除虫菊酯类农药的测定.
