橡胶林与西双版纳刀耕火种探索

在云南南部的西双版纳长期进行着传统的刀耕火种农业。近年来，随着人口的增加，人均占有耕地面积的减少，原来刀耕火种中土地休闲周期大大缩短，造成土地肥力恢复不及，于是刀耕火种的改进被提到议事日程。当地群众正积极地寻求各种土地耕作方式来保持土地肥力，提高单位土地上的产出。发展橡胶林已成为当地群众刀耕火种改进的一种重要形式。由于基本温饱的解决，发展橡胶林已成为通过创收提高当地群众的生活质量和生活水平，并满足在变化了的社会经济条件下群众新的需求，由此，橡胶林已成为西双版纳刀耕火种的一种替代作物。

Hevea brasiliensis Plantation-the Local Alternative to Shifting Cultivation in Xishuangbanna

The increased population,shortened fallow,and declined soil fertility produce a wide range of local strategies to cope with the problem related with the shifting cultivation in Xishuangbanna southern Yunnan,including Hevea brasiliensis plantation as fallow management. For rubber,the farmers' motivation is not limited in the food subsistence,but the increasing living standard and demand owing to the continuous changing social economic condition. The rubber plantation suggests another important aspect of the indigenous study.
