关于如何提高我国机械加工工艺和技术水平的探讨

摘    要:针对我国机械加工现状:一方面是传统的切削与磨削加工技术仍在不断发展,加工精度水平也日益提高,精密加工与超精密加工技术已进入实用阶段,另一方面加工技术向自动化方向发展,正在沿着数控(NC)、柔性制造系统(FMS)及计算机成品制造系统(CMS)的台阶向上攀登,国际机械加工工艺技术不断提高.为尽快提高我国机械加工技术水平,增强竞争力,文章提出了提高我国机械加工工艺和技术的相应对策和建议.

Abstract:In view of the machining status quo:on the one hand,the continued development of traditional cutting and grinding,machining accuracy levels are increasing,precision machining and precision machining technology has entered the practical stage,the other hand,the processing technology to automate direction is along the steps of the numerical control(NC),flexible manufacturing system(FMS) and computer product manufacturing system(CMS) to climb.International machining process technology continues to improve as soon as possible to improve the technical level of China’s machinery processing,to enhance competitiveness,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve our machining processes and technologies.
