| 摘 要： | 农业机械化是农业现代化的重要内容,是将科技成果转化为农村现实的生产力的重要环节.目前的贫困山区农机技术推广应用体系不完善,依法推广意识淡薄,市场经济观念不强,投入不足；服务体系不健全,整体素质低,自我发展能力差；农机推广与市场经济和农业结构调整不相适应.通过从领导体制、农技人员队伍的建设、建立资金来源和农机推广及服务体系、农民技能培训等方面着手进行改进,可有效加快山区农机化技术推广工作.
