摘    要:21世纪以来随着科技的不断发展,我国机械制造行业中数控机床的占有率大大提高,它们在生产中发挥出了强大的技术优势.但当数控机床在生产过程中出现了故障,轻则延误产品交货时间,重则影响企业的兴衰.所以,争取机床长时间稳定工作、充分发挥数控机床的加工优势需要我们做好数控机床的正确维护保养与检测方法.

Abstract:The 21 century with the continuous development of science and technology,our manufacture industry in numerically-controlled machine tool’s share greatly improved,they play out in the production the powerful technological advantage.But when nc machine tools in the process of production had problems,light is delayed delivery of the product time,heavy then influence enterprise’s prosperity and decline.So,for a long time machine work,give full play to the stability of CNC processing advantage of nc machine we do need to correct maintenance and test methods.
