康复新液对人工诱导的大鼠慢性溃疡性结肠炎的作用及机制初探

摘    要:为研究康复新液对人工诱导大鼠慢性溃疡性结肠炎的治疗作用并探讨其初步作用机制,采用人工诱导大鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型,灌肠给予柳氮磺胺吡啶肠溶片(Salazosulfapyridine,SASP)和康复新液高、中、低剂量药物治疗,通过大鼠DAI、CMDI、HS评分,结合血清IL-8、IL-17和结肠组织中EGF、MPO、TNF-α表达水平来评价康复新液对UC大鼠的作用。结果显示,与模型对照组比较,康复新液能降低UC大鼠的DAI、CMDI、HS评分,减少UC大鼠血清IL-8(P<0.01)、IL-17(P<0.01)和结肠组织中MPO(P<0.01)、TNF-α(P<0.01)的表达,增加组织EGF(P<0.01)的表达,明显改善UC大鼠结肠组织的病变程度。康复新液对人工诱导的大鼠溃疡性结肠炎有治疗作用,机理可能与降低大鼠IL-8、IL-17、MPO、TNF-α的表达水平,提高大鼠EGF的表达水平有关。
