5XZ-10比重式种子分选机中离心风机流场的研究

摘    要:利用空气动力学原理进行种子分选,空气流场的分布至关重要。针对农业机械装置中气流均匀性问题,本文主要以5XZ-10比重式分选机中离心风机为原型,利用Solidworks软件建立离心风机几何模型,运用Fluent软件对离心风机内部流场及出口流场进行数值模拟计算。通过仿真试验得到离心风机流场分布,对风机出口速度分布云图及矢量图结果进行分析,发现风机内部流场受到机械结构的干扰,气流在风机出口界面分布较不均匀,提出了离心风机流场优化的措施,包括双叶轮双入口单出口离心风机入口增设集流器、对固定盘与叶轮的连接进行密封、风机出口采用钢板网对出口气流进行均匀性改善。在距离风机出口上方130mm处安装钢板网,增设钢板网后风机出口气流均匀性指数由0.88提升至0.90,提升率为2.27%,解决了风机提供的气流流经5XZ-10比重式分选机筛面时的均匀性问题。

Abstract:Using aerodynamic principles for seed sorting, the distribution of the air flow field is crucial. Aiming at the problem of airflow uniformity in agricultural machinery, this paper mainly used the centrifugal fan in the 5XZ-10 specific gravity sorter as the prototype, used Solidworks software to establish the geometric model of the centrifugal fan, and used Fluent software to simulate the internal flow field and outlet flow field of the centrifugal fan. Through simulation experiments, the flow field distribution of centrifugal fan was obtained, and the cloud and vector map results of the outlet velocity distribution of the fan were analyzed, and it was found that the internal flow field of the fan was disturbed by the mechanical structure, and the air flow was distributed unevenly at the outlet interface of the fan, and the measures for optimizing the flow field of the centrifugal fan were proposed, including adding a current collector at the inlet of the centrifugal fan with double impeller and double inlet, sealing the connection between the fixed disk and the impeller, and improving the uniformity of the outlet airflow by using a steel plate mesh at the fan outlet. The steel plate mesh was installed 130mm above the fan outlet, and the uniformity index of the fan outlet airflow was increased from 0.88 to 0.90, and the lifting rate was 2.27%, which solved the problem of uniformity when the air flow provided by the fan flows through the screen surface of the 5XZ-10 specific gravity sorter.
