秦岭嵯峨山野生平榛形态、生理特征与环境之间的关系研究

摘    要:为研究秦岭野生平榛(Corylus heterophylla )部分形态、生理特征与环境之间的关系,为其引种、驯化及遗传育种提供参考资料,以嵯峨山野生平榛为研究对象,以海拔高度、土壤营养及光照强度等生态因子为参考,选定3个样方(生境),对其中的环境因子和平榛的形态、生理指标等进行调查,同时,对它们之间的关系进行对比和研究。结果发现:其一,秦岭野生平榛叶片的大小、长宽等形态指标,及叶绿素含量、N含量等生理指标,以及果实和果仁的大小、重量,还有雄花序的长度、直径等指标,均受环境因子影响;其二,叶片叶脉对数以及果壳底部厚度,受环境因子影响不明显;其三,果实形状与果仁形状不一致,果实为扁圆形,果仁为心形。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to study the relationship between some morphological and physiological characteristics of wild Corylus heterophylla in Qinling Mountains and the environment, and provide reference materials for its introduction, domestication and genetic breeding, three quadrats (habitats) were selected to investigate the environmental factors and the morphological and physiological indexes of Corylus heterophylla, at the same time, compare and study the relationship between them. The results showed that: First, the morphological indexes such as leaf size, length and width, physiological indexes such as chlorophyll content and N content, as well as the size and weight of fruit and kernel, as well as the length and diameter of male inflorescence were affected by environmental factors; Secondly, the number of leaf veins and the thickness of the bottom of the fruit shell were not significantly affected by environmental factors; Third, the shape of the fruit is inconsistent with the shape of the kernel. The fruit is oblate and the kernel is heart-shaped.
