红麻杂交种幼苗生长对盐胁迫的响应

摘    要:以红麻细胞质雄性不育系P3A、恢复系992及其杂交F1为材料,采用水培法研究盐胁迫对红麻幼苗生长效应以及红麻杂交种对盐胁迫是否存在杂种优势.结果表明:盐胁迫显著抑制红麻幼苗的生长,改变了干物质的分配,使根冠比增大;不同基因型红麻幼苗对盐胁迫的耐性存在显著差异;红麻杂交种的幼苗生长对盐胁迫的响应表现出较强的中亲优势和超高...

Abstract:Responses of kenaf seedling to the salt stress were studied using water planting of cytoplasmic male sterility(CMS) line P3A,restorer line 992,and their F1 hybrids.The results showed that salt stress significantly inhibited the growth of kenaf seedlings.Salt stress caused changes in dry matter partitioning and increased the ratio of root to shoot.Responses to salt were different among different genotypes.The F1 hybrid showed positive midparent-/transgressive-heterosis.The heterosis of F1 increases under hig...
