摘    要:供试的4个不同抗性的大豆品种未接种健株中过氧化物酶(POD)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性和PPO同功酶谱带数没有差异,但抗病品种POD同工酶谱带比感病品种多两条(A2和B2),感染大豆细菌性疫病后,不同品种的POD活性均升高,其中,抗病品种POD活性始终处于较高水平,PPO活性在抗病品种中升高,而在感病品种中降低,POD同功酶谱带在所有供试品种中C1带均增强而C2和B4带减弱,其中抗病品种中降低,POD同功酶谱带在所有供试品种中C1带均增强而C2和B4带减弱,其中抗病品种B1和B2带也减弱;PPO同功酶谱带中,感病品种B1带减弱,而抗病品种B1带增强。

Abstract:Two soybean varieties, Suinong 8 and Dongnong 42, susceptible to PSG, and two soybean varieties, Heinong 37 and Heinong 38, resistant to PSG, were grown in the greenhouse . They were inoculated with PSG at the tri-leaf stage.The uninoculated plants were used as control. The first leaves were taken for biochemical analysis from the second day after inoculation. The results showed that there was no difference in Peroxidase (POD) and Polyphenoloxidase (PPO) in healthy soybean. Between resistant and susceptible varieties,the POD activity in all 4 varieties increased after inoculation with PSG. But they were higher in resistant cultivars. The PPO activity increased in resistant cultivars, however it decreased in susceptible ones. The number of PPO isoenzyme bands was same in all cultivars. But POD isoenzyme bands (A 2 and B 2) were two more only in the resistant varieties than in the susceptible ones. The color of the POD C 1 bands got deeper in resistant varieties after inoculation, while the B 1, B 2, C 2 and B 4 bands got faded. The color of the PPO bands of B 1 and D 1 faded and the C 2 band got deeper after inoculation in susceptible varieties. However, the color of the B 1 band got deeper and C 2 band faded in resistant varieties after inoculation.
