中华结缕草节间组织培养及无性系建立的研究

摘    要:以中华结缕草的根茎节间为材料,进行了愈伤组织诱导、愈伤组织分化、不定芽生根、试管苗移栽的试验,成功地建立起中华结缕草无性系。结果表明:MS+BA0.5+2,4-D2.5~3.0是诱导形成具有分化能力愈伤组织的理想培养基;1/2MS+Ag(NO3)2 0.8+BA0.4+NAA0.1是愈伤组织和不定芽分化的理想培养基;1/3MS+IAA0.4是生根培养的理想培养基;移植后的试管苗根茎上的须根比野生植株增加1.5~2.0倍,其他性状与野生植株完全一致。

Abstract:The leafstalk of Zoysia sinica Hance were used as explants to indue callus and differentiation, root of adventitious bud and transplant of seedling. The results showed that MS + BA 0.5 + 2,4-D 2.5 - 3.0 is the ideal medium for inducing callus; The opmium medium for forming callus and differentiation of adventitious bud was 1/2 MS + Ag( NO3 )2 0.8 + BA 0.4 + NAA 0.1 ; 1/3 MS + IAA 0.4 was suitable medium for rooting. The number of fibrous root on rhizome is 1.5 - 2.5 times than the wild, but the phenotype was the same as the wild.
