高效氯氰菊酯对草鱼血清溶菌酶活性的影响

摘    要:[目的]在生理生化水平上研究高效氯氰菊酯对草鱼健康的影响。[方法]以同批繁殖、同池培育、体色正常、体重85~115 g、体长12~20 cm的健康草鱼为试材,用不同浓度(0、0.5、1.0、3.0、5.0μg/L)高效氯氰菊酯对其进行暴露处理,研究处理1、5、12 d后草鱼溶菌酶(LSZ)活性的变化。[结果]高效氯氰菊酯浓度与草鱼LSZ活性存在时间—效应关系。暴露1 d时,各处理组草鱼LSZ活性显著上升(P〈0.05) 暴露5 d时,各处理组草鱼LSZ活性无显著变化(P〉0.05) 暴露12 d时,各处理组草鱼LSZ活性显著下降(P〈0.05)。[结论]高效氯氰菊酯对草鱼具有明显的毒害作用。

Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to research the effect of beta-cypermethrin on the healthy of grass carp on the physiological and biochemical level.[Method] With the healthy grass carps that propagated in the same batch,bred in the same pool with normal body color,body weight of 85-115 g and body length of 1220 cm as the tested materials,they were explored to beta-cypermethrin with different concn.(0(CK),0.5,1.0,3.0,5.0 μg/L).The change of lysozyme(LSZ) activity of grass carps was studied after 1,5,12 d of the treatment.[Result] The beta-cypermethrin concn.had time-effect relationship with LSZ activity of grass carp.When grass carps were explored for 1 d,their LSZ activity in each treatment was increased significantly(P<0.05).When grass carps were explored for 5 d, their LSZ activity in each treatment had no significantly change(P>0.05).When grass carps were explored for 12 d,their LSZ activity in each treatment was decreased significantly(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Beta-cypermethrin had obviously toxic effect on grass carp.
