| Abstract: | Website deadlink,delayed information content,ineffective and low effective information,bad user interface all induce lower quality of the system maintenance of the university libraries.The countermeasures,which include periodic renewing,systems performance improving,opinion of the users and subject expert imbibing,can settle this problem. |
