水曲柳嫩枝扦插繁殖技术的研究

摘    要:[目的]探究水曲柳嫩枝扦插繁殖技术,提高水曲柳嫩枝的扦插成活率.[方法]通过完全随机区组设计研究水曲柳嫩枝扦插繁殖技术.[结果]水曲柳插穗的生根率存在明显的年龄效应,插稳母树的年龄愈大,生根率愈低.扦插最佳时期在6月下旬,具体的扦插最适期应视当地当年的气候状况和插穗木质化程度而定.促进插穗生根的最佳激素处理方法是吲哚丁酸200 mg/kg处理2h.切制插穗的方法是接穗长8~10 cm,保留复叶上靠近枝条的1~2个叶片,插穗基部平切或者斜切.防止插穗腐烂的方法是适时掌握采条时间、在保证插穗叶片不萎蔫的前提下尽可能少浇水、给插床和插穗消毒.[结论]为水曲柳在育种和生产研究方面应用扦插繁殖奠定了基础.

Abstract:[ Objective] The vegetative propagation technique of F. mandshurica shoot was explored to improve the survival rate. [ Method ]The vegetative propagation technique of F. mandshurica shoot was studied through random complete block design. [ Result] Rooting rate of F.mandshurica cuttings had obvious difference in age effect. With the age of the mother tree increasing, the rooting rate of cuttings reduced. LateJune was the best period of rooted cutting, but the optimal period would change according to the local climate conditions in the same year andthe degree of cutting hgnification. The optimal hormone treatment method of promoting rooting was 200 mg/kg IBA for 2 hours. Cutting methodwas to keep the scion length from 8 to 10 cm, 1 to 2 fronds near the branches and the base of scion was sliced or miter. To prevent cuttings de-cay, people should master the picking time of branch, ensure the cuttings not wilting with as little as possible watering and disinfect vegetativebeds and cuttings. [ Conclusion] The results lay the basis for the application of vegetative propagation in breeding and production of F. mand-shurica.
