摘    要:[目的]优化脚板薯皂苷的最佳提取工艺.[方法]探讨提取温度、提取时间、料液比和乙醇浓度对脚板薯皂苷提取率的单因素影响.在此基础上,采用响应面分析方法,进一步研究各自变量及其交互作用对脚板薯皂苷提取率的影响,并对其工艺参数进行优化.[结果]脚板薯皂苷提取的最佳工艺条件为提取温度76℃、提取时间1.5h、乙醇浓度90%、料液比1:30(m/v),在此最优工艺条件下,脚板薯皂苷提取率达0.291%.[结论]该研究可为脚板薯皂苷的工业化生产提供理论指导.

Optimization of Extraction of Total Saponins from Dioscorea alata Lirm.sp by Response Surface Analysis

Abstract:[ Objective ] The Response Surface Methodology (RSM) was used to optimize the extraction process of total saponins from Di-oscorea alata Lirm. sp. [ Method ] The impact of extraction temperature, extraction time, ethanol concentration and solid-liquid ratio on theyield of diosgenin are investigated, based on which the response surface analysis is adopted to study the impact of each variable and their inter-action on yield of diosgenin and optimize the extraction parameter. [ Result ] It is found that optimal parameters for diosgenin extraction formDioscorea alata Lirm. sp were as follows extraction temperature 76℃, extraction time 1.5 h , ethanol concentration 90%, solid-liquid ratio1:30(m/v). [ Conclusion] The research provides the theoretical guidance for the industrial production of diosgenin in Dioscorea alata Lirm.sp.
