卷烟制造过程质量风险防控体系的建设

引入风险管理理念,从风险识别、风险分析、风险评价、风险控制和监视评审5个步骤,从发生产品质量异常的可能性、发生频次和发生后产生的后果3个方面,对卷烟制造过程质量风险进行分级管理.重点解决卷烟制造过程质量风险管控的3个问题：解决不确定性问题.由于异常波动发生原因具有不确定性,不能有针对性地制定防范措施,管控难度较大.解决管理零散性问题.目前行业内外没有方法对产品质量异常波动进行管控.解决不可靠问题.由于发生后具有经济性、发生具有随机性、发生原因具有不确定性,要建立可靠性管控方法对质量异常波动实施管控.

Construction of Quality Risk Preventive Management System during Cigarette Manufacturing Process

Introduced the concept of risk management,from five steps of risk identification,risk analysis,risk assessment,risk control and monitoring assessment,three aspects of possibility,frequency and consequences of quality abnormal products,classification management of quality risk in cigarette manufacturing process was conducted.Three issues of quality risk management should be solved：To solve the problem of uncertainty.Due to the abnormal fluctuation causes are uncertain,not to develop targeted prevention measures,management difficulty is greater; To solve the problem of scasttered management.At present inside and outside of the industry there is no way to product quality control and solve the abnormal fluctuation of unreliability problems.Because of the economy,random,and uncertainty,the reliability control method should be established for quality control of abnormal fluctuation.
