农村金融市场增量改革的竞争效应分析——基于江苏县域数据

根据2007～2010年江苏省县域的经济金融数据和中国银行业农村金融服务分布图集数据,分析放宽农村金融市场准入后新型金融机构进入对原有农村金融机构贷款的影响.结果表明：新型金融机构进入农村金融市场促进了原有的金融机构增加对小企业的贷款比例,但是对农户贷款增加的效应并不显著.可见新型金融机构与农村商业银行的竞争主要在小企业领域,对农户的金融支持相对不足.应通过构建新型金融机构农户贷款的风险补偿与分散机制、创新适合农户的金融产品和服务模式、建立并完善金融制度基础设施来加大其对农户的金融支持力度.

Analysis on the Competitive Effects of Incremental Reform in Rural Financial market-Based on the County Data of Jiangsu Province

Based on the atlas data of Chinese banking financial services in rural areas and the economic data in Jiangsu Province from 2007 to 2010,this paper analyzes the effect of new financial institutions＇ entrance on the original rural financial institutions after the relaxing of rural financial market access.The results show that new financial institutions＇ entrance promotes the original financial institutions to increase loans to small businesses,while the effect on loans to farmers is not significant.So the main competition between the new financial institutions and rural commercial banks is in the small business sector,the support for farmers is relatively insufficient.This paper puts forward countermeasures to increase financial support for farmers,e.g.building risk compensation and dispersion mechanism on loans to farmers,innovation financial products and service mode for farmers and establishing and improving the financial system infrastructure.
