基于产业结构升级视角的农民工职业技能培训研究

“三农”问题的解决关乎我国农业现代化、城市化建设的成败,而农民向非农产业转移问题的解决是其中关键性的一环.结合当前产业结构调整、升级背景下农民工职业技能培训问题的特点与挑战,分析了提升农民的人力资本,变农村剩余劳动力为合格的技能型产业工人的战略性意义,并指出相关建议,旨在通过政府、企业、各种培训机构及农民工自身的共同努力,使农民较高质量的向非农产业转移,成为合格的产业工人.

Vocational Skills Training of Migrant workers Based on the Perspective of Industrial Structure Upgrading

The ＂three rural＂ issues relate to the success of China＇s agricultural modernization and urbanization,and transfer of farmers to nonagricultural industries is the key link for solving the issue.Combined with the characteristics and challenges of vocational skills training of migrant workers under the background of industrial structure adjustment and upgrading,the significance of improving farmers＇ human capital,transferring rural surplus labor force into qualified and skilled industrial workers was analyzed,and several suggestions were put forward.The aim is to transfer farmers into non-agricultural industry and become qualified workers through joint efforts of government,enterprises,training institutions and farmers.
