| 摘 要： | 大型仪器设备是科研单位从事科研活动的重要条件和基本手段,也是科研单位综合实力的体现.加强仪器管理与维护,提高仪器利用率已成为当今实验室管理工作的重要研究课题.笔者结合多年工作实践,提出了提升实验室运作绩效的若干措施.

| Abstract: | Large-scale equipments and instruments are important conditions and basic tools for research institutes,and they reflect the comprehensive strength of the research units.It becomes an important research topic in today~ laboratory management to strengthen the management and maintenance of instruments and improve its utilization.Some suggestions for laboratory to promote the operation performance were put forward according to several years of work experience. |
