摘    要:目的]研究沼液抗旱剂的重金属安全性及对大豆抗旱性的影响.方法]以东农52大豆为材料,通过盆栽试验,研究正常养分环境条件下,不同土壤水分条件下,大豆开花期喷施不同稀释倍数的自研制沼液抗旱剂对大豆Tr和RWC的影响.结果]牛粪为原料实验室发酵沼液重金属含量相对较低,可直接应用于农业;在土壤水分含量为25.4%时(田间持水量的65%),沼液抗旱剂不同稀释倍数处理增加大豆开花期叶片RWC分别为8.54%和8.39%;在土壤水分含量为19.5%(田间持水量的50%)时,与喷施清水对照处理相比,不同施用浓度沼液抗旱剂均能增加大豆RWC,增加幅度最大为17.16%;不同水分条件下,各处理均能降低大豆叶片的蒸腾速率,其中T1和T2效果最佳.结论]该研究可为探讨沼液抗旱剂在干旱环境下对大豆生长代谢效果提供理论依据.

Biogas Slurry Drought Resistance Agents' Safety Analysis of Heavy Metals and the Effects on Tr and RWC of Soybean Leaf

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the safety and its' effects on the drought resistance of soybean leaf of biogas slurry drought resistance agent.Method] Taken Dongnong 52 soybean as material,pot experiments were carried out to test the effects of homemade biogas slurry drought resistance agents on Tr and RWC of soybean under different soil moisture conditions in soybean flowering period,by spraying different diluted multiples of agents.Result] The results showed that,the biogas slurry of cow dung in lab condition has relatively low heavy metal content,can be used in agriculture; when soil moisture was 25.4% (65% of field capacity),biogas slurry products can increase soybean leaf' s RWC by 8.54% and 8.39% in flowering period; when soil moisture was 19.5% (50% of field capacity),compared with CK,biogas slurry products can increase soybean RWC by 17.16% ; under different soil moisture,T1 and T2 can reduce the transpiration rate of soybean.Conclusion] This study could provide theoretical references for the effects research of soybean growth by biogas slurry drought resistance agents under arid environment.
