不同浓度多效唑处理对水仙生长开花的影响

摘    要:为改善水仙室内水养植株株形欠佳等现象,采用不同浓度多效唑溶液对水仙进行水养前处理,结果表明:200~400 mg/L多效唑对水仙植株均具有明显的抑制生长作用,表现出叶片矮化、叶绿素含量增加及叶色浓绿、花茎矮化、单花花期明显延长,观赏价值得到明显提高.

Effects of Paclobutrazol at Different Concentration on Growth and Florescence of Narcissus

Abstract:In order to improve the morphological characters, Paclobutrazol(PP333) was applied at different concentration to Narcissus tuber before indoor water-culture. The results showed that the treatment by PP333 at 200-400 mg/L can effectively inhibit the vegetative growth of Narcissus. It was observed that the treatments reduced plant height, increased chlorophyll content, extended blooming period of individual flower. Therefore, the ornamental value of indoor water-cultured Narcissus can be significant improved by PP333 at suitable concentration.
