The General Development and Production Techniques of Organic Fruit in China

In this paper the general development of organic fruit in China was introduced. The production techniques of organic fruit,including the environment of orchard,the preparation of cultivation,the orchard management,the disease and pest control were briefly reviewed.The certification of organic fruit was also outlined.
