| 摘 要： | 猪甘露聚糖结合凝集素是一种重要的天然免疫因子，在防御病原体入侵、病毒识别方面有其独特的功能。近年的研究发现，猪体内MBL的水平与其抗病性相关。本文对猪甘露聚糖结合凝集素的遗传特征、生物学功能及与疾病发生相关性方面进行综述。

| Abstract: | Porcine mannan-binding lectin is an important natural immune factor, it has unique features in the defense of pathogens invasion and virus identification. In recent years, some studies have found that porcine MBL levels in the body is related with pig resistance. this article discusses the studies about genetic characteristics, biological functions and disease relevance of porcine mannan-binding lectin. |
