不同基质对大岩桐移栽成活率的影响研究

摘    要:该文研究了不同基质上大岩桐组培苗的移栽成活率情况及生长健壮度。结果表明,质地疏松,保水保肥性好,且本身富含有机质的松针土是最适宜于大岩桐成活的基质,成活率可达91.7%,1:1的松针土和蛭石次之,成活率为80%,1:1的草炭和河沙最小为57%。这些结果对指导大岩桐组培快繁具有重要参考价值。

Effects of different matrix on survival rates of the common gloxinia transplants

Abstract:This paper researches the different matrix''s impact on the survival rate of transplanting of Gloxinia and its strong degree. The finding shows that the pine needle earth with loose texture, better moisture and nutrient retention, and rich organic materials is the proper matrix which benefits to the growth of gloxinia, the survival rate can reach 91.7%; then, the pine needle earth and the vermiculite at the rate of 1: 1 is the second good choice, the survival rate can reach 80%; and then, peat and the river sand at rate of 1: 1 is not good for transplanting of Gloxinia, the survival rate is only 57%. These findings are of great value for speeding up the breeding of Gloxinia.
