| 摘 要： | 为了筛选免疫增强作用较好的单味中药成分(CHP),将6种浓度的黄芪多糖(APS)、牛膝多糖(ABPS)、板蓝根多糖(IRPS)、山药多糖(DOPS)等4种中药多糖分别加入到体外培养的鸡脾脏淋巴细胞中,培养48 h后,用MTT法测定淋巴细胞增殖的变化.结果表明,4种中药多糖在适宜的浓度下均能促进淋巴细胞增殖及协同LPS的作用.除ABPS外其余3种多糖在一定浓度下还能明显协同ConA刺激淋巴细胞增殖,其中以IRPS的作用最强.

| Abstract: | In order to select monomer of Chinese herbal polysaccharide(CHP) with better immunity,four CHPs,APS,ABPS,IRPS and DOPS at six doses were added in the splenic lymphocyte of chick in vitro,and cultured 48 h.The splenic lymphocyte proliferation was determined with the MTT method.The results showed that the four CHPs could stimulate the lymphocyte proliferation singly or synergistically with LPS in suitable dose.All the Chinese herbal polysaccharide except ABPS could stimulate the lymphocyte proliferation synergistically with ConA in suitable dose and found that the action of IRPS was the strongest. |
