| 摘 要： | 对江苏省徐州市市场上15种蔬菜、水果的240个样品中重金属Pb、Cu、Cd、Cr、Zn的含量状况进行了调查研究，并对污染程度进行了评价。结果表明：所测样品中仅重金属Cd、Zn有部分超标，葡萄处于警戒线上。重金属污染程度依次是：Cd＞Zn＞Pb＞Cr＞Cu，其中，Cd的污染需引起有关部门的重视。

| Abstract: | A survey was conducted to detect the content of heavy metals(Pb,Cu,Cd,Cr and Zn) in 240 samples of 15 kinds of vegetables and fruits that were collected from the markets of Xuzhou City in Jiangsu Province.The results showed that only Cd and Zn exceeded the standard,and the pollution degree of grape exceeded the guard line in this city.The pollution degree of heavy metals was as below:Cd>Zn>Pb>Cr>Cu,and more attentions should be paid to Cd pollution. |
