摘    要:<正> 引言长期以来,人们认为是由神经和内分泌两个系统调节着动物体的机能活动。它们根据机体适应内外环境变化的需要,以不同的正负反馈方式协调各组织细胞的活动。前者以神经递质通过突触快速而精确地作用于效应器受体,出现的反应转瞬即逝,后者通过分泌和释放激素,经血液循环到达相应的靶细胞,与特异受体结合发挥作用,故耗时较长而作用较慢,但


THE BRAIN-GUT PEPTIDES IN RELATION TO THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM DISEASES OF THE ANIMALS
Abstract:The polypeptides hormones known as the brain-gut peptides are dually distributed among the nervous systems and the gastrointestinal tract. The brain-gut peptides are considered as among the topmost important control system for the whole body and the digestive function of the animals. The object of the present paper is to summarize the development in the investigations of the brain-gut peptides, particularly their connexion to the secretion in the digestive system disorder during the pathological processes, especially in the diagnosis and treatment of the malady. The brain-gut peptides are also important in the studies of animal physiology regarding the developmental growth of the animal. On the other hand, preliminary discussions were made in the study of several diseases of the digestive system.
