家蚕品种资源对微粒子病的抗性调查

摘    要:基于查明家蚕品种资源对微粒子病的抗性水平 ,为微粒子病抗病品种的选育提供素材和理论依据 ,对 138个保存的中系、日系、欧洲系统和多化性系统家蚕品种进行微粒子病抗性测试。试验结果表明 :用ID50 指数表示品种抗性水平的高低 ,ID50 指数最高的品种为最低品种的 18.9倍 ,大多数品种间的ID50 指数较为接近 ;经抗性差异显著性检验 (Q测验 ) ,品种之间抗性水平存在显著差异 ,少数品种之间差异达极显著水平 ,多数为抗性一般品种 ,少数是抗性较强或敏感品种 ,不同系统表现抗性水平有所差异的趋势

Abstract:In order to find out the resistant level of the silkworm's resources against the pebrine disease and provide theoretical foundation and materials for breeding of pebrine-resistant race, the resistance to the pebrine disease for the 138 Chinese, Japanese, European and multivoltine silkworm races was tested in this paper.The results revealed that, when the resistant level was indicated by the ID 50 index, the index of the highest race was 18.9 times as that of the lowest race in the same line while the indexes of most races were rather close; and that when the resistance was tested with significant difference, significant difference of resistance existed among the tested races while extremely significant difference existed between some races, that the resistance level of the most races was medium, whereas that of a few races was high or low. The tendency of different resistance level between different silkworm lines had been found in this experiment as well.
