基于主成分分析的青贮玉米品种生产性能的综合评价

摘    要:以主成分分析为基础,对2004年全国青贮玉米南方区试点的42个品种的生产性能进行了综合评价,以减少相关性状对青贮玉米区试品种综合评价的影响.结果表明:用于评价的生育期、株高、穗位高、成熟时绿叶数、收获时乳线位置、鲜重、含水量、干重和籽粒产量9个性状之间存在相关性;5个主成分(生物产量、籽粒产量与含水量、收获适期、收获品质和植株高度)解析了原变量87.23%的变异信息,用这5个相互独立的因子对42个品种进行综合评价表明,42个待评品种中有31个品种的综合评价得分高于3个对照的最高综合评价得分,其中云优78、雅玉15、YA74872、DH3930、 YA0482、渝3137、科多4号、辽627、宜22-5和南2260分别排在1~10位.

Abstract:For decreasing the effect from correlated characters,on comprehensive evaluation 42 new silage maize cultivars in 5 south plots of the National Regional Experiments in 2004 were comprehensively e-valuated through principal component analysis with SAS software. The results showed that: there were significant correlation between 9 evaluated characters (growth days,plant height,ear position height,the number of green leaves, milk line position, fresh yield, water content, dry yield and kernels yield). Through principal component analysis,the contribution of 5 principal components (organism yield,kernel yield and water content,harvesting days, quality and plant height) added to 87. 23 % ;the comprehensive evaluation scores of 31 cultivars evaluated with 5 principal components were more than that of control (Nongda108), among which Yunyou78,Yayul5,YA74872,DH3930,YA0482,Yu3137,Keduo No. 4,Liao627,Yi22-5 and Nan2260 ranked 1 to 10 respectively.
