| 摘 要： | 马铃薯是青海的主要粮食作物之一,年种植面积达9.3×104hm2,产品主要以菜用鲜食和淀粉加工为主,产品附加值小,种薯生产规模小,没有统筹经营,严重制约了我省马铃薯产业的发展,改变这一现状,利用本省的自然生态优势和丰富的品种资源,发展马铃薯种薯产业化,是升级我省马铃薯生产,提高经济效益的重要措施。

| Abstract: | Potatoes are one of the major food crops in Qinghai,the annual planting area are 93000 ha,the product mainly fresh vegetable and starch processing,added value of products and seed production are small,there is no co-coordinating operations that constrained severely the development of potato industry in our province,to change the status quo,using the province s natural advantages and the rich variety of ecological resources,develop of seed potato industry,an important measure for improving economic efficiency. |
