| 摘 要： | 参考韩国、日本、荷兰等发达国家的工厂化模式,介绍了当前世界上最前沿的木腐菌工厂化栽培技术。并针对目前国内外食用菌生产面临的问题,提出一系列革新建议。目的在于为国内食用菌工厂化的发展提供借鉴经验。
