Ideas of Constructed Wetland Ecological Environment Plan in Jilin City

The wetland is called the kidney of the earth,the natural reservoir and natural base of species.Being the important resource and ecological environment,the wetland plays a vital role in the sustainable developing strategies and protecting the human environment.In this article an argumentation about the wetland construction in the backward of Songhua river was offered in order to present the constructive ideas about it and probe into the measures of its feasibility.The main ideas were:establishing the wetland ecological environment could purify the water to a large extent,safeguard the wetland ecological environment,develop the products of tourism,accelerate the business of tourism,beautify the city as well as promote the image of the city and make the citizens out of the concrete city to the nature.
