| 摘 要： | 2009年8月初，对青海贵南县126头3-10岁受体母牦牛实施了同期发情试验，分别采用放置阴道栓和生殖激素肌肉注射法相结合的方法，并通过对所选取的受体母牦牛采取不同程度的补饲方案，结果表明补饲组Ⅰ发情率达到91．83％，受胎率达到77．56％，补饲组Ⅱ发情率达81．44％，受胎率达到77．11％，对照组发情率达到59．38％，受胎率达到53．13％；补饲组Ⅰ比对照组的发情率提高32．45百分点，受胎率提高24．43百分点；补饲组Ⅱ比对照组的发情率提高25．06百分点，受胎率提高17．78百分点。

| Abstract: | Early August 2009,126 female pregnant yaks aged 3-10 years were treated with Synchronization Estrus test in Gui Guinan county,Qinghai province.Placing the vaginal suppositories and reproductive hormones wears intramuscular method were adopted.Different level of supplementary feeding programs were adopted for selecting female yaks.The results showed that the estrus rate of No.1 supplementary feeding group achieved 91.83%.Pregnant rate achieved 77.56%.The estrus rate of No.2 supplementary feeding group achiev... |
