甲基睾酮分子印迹聚合物的固相萃取研究

摘    要:以甲基睾酮为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,通过热引发本体聚合法,制备了甲基睾酮分子印迹聚合物(M IP)。将制备的M IP作为固相萃取填料装柱后,对淋洗及洗脱条件进行了优化,比较了干法和湿法两种不同装柱方法的回收率,并且对M ISPE柱的性能进行了评价。此研究结果可以为甲基睾酮分子印迹聚合物在提取实际样品时固相萃取柱的应用提供理论依据。

Abstract:Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) using methyl-testosterone as the template, methacrylic acid (MAA) as the monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) as the crosslinker were prepared by bulk polymerization. The prepared MIPs were used as the stationary phase of SPE cartridges and the SPE conditions were optimized. In addition, the recoveries of the SPE cartridges packed with two different methods were compared and the robustness of the SPE cartridges was evaluated. The results can provide some evidences when methyl-testosterone imprinted polymers were used for the extraction of real samples.
