| Abstract: | In this paper,on the basis of reviewing the history of formulating and managing the forest logging quotas and present situations of logging management reform in Anhui Province,the formulation and management features of the annual logging quotas during the 12th Five-Year-Plan period were analyzed in depth with comparative analysis method.The trend for the annual quota management policy in the same period were also studied and explored. |
