油棕花粉活力快速有效测定方法及品种间花粉活力比较

摘    要:采用5种常用花粉活力测定方法对油棕花粉活力进行测定,结果表明:I-IK染色法和醋酸洋红染色法对所有油棕品种花粉都染成同一且程度相同的颜色;TTC染色法和FCR测定法染色结果不规律,不适于油棕花粉活力的测定;培养基萌发法可以较客观地反映油棕花粉活力状况,故可采用推广;油棕品种M1、T1、T2的花粉活力较高.

Abstract:Five kinds of commonly used test methods of pollen viability on oil palm was compared,the results show that I-IK staining,aceto carmine staining on the pollen and all dyed the same color and the same degree,TTC staining,FCR determination results do not rule,are not suitable for determination of oil palm pollen viability.Germination Medium of oil palm can be more realistically reflect the situation of pollen viability,it can be used to promote.Varieties M1,T1,T2 have higher pollen viability.
