| 摘 要： | 通过探索感病葡萄体细胞胚发生途径建立再生体系,为葡萄抗病基因转化提供受体材料与理论依据。通过对小孢子显微观察确定最佳取样时期,取雌蕊、雄蕊和小花蕾作为外植体,用2种消毒方法消毒后,对比污染率,接种于4种不同的愈伤诱导培养基中,将诱导出的愈伤全部转移到体胚诱导培养基中,对体胚的不同发育时期进行观察,并比较4种不同培养基对...
