| 摘 要： | 为提高土地资源持续保障能力,缓解土地供需矛盾,开发区必须认真落实科学发展观和建设节约型社会的要求,建立集约高效的开发区用地模式。综述了开发区概况、土地集约利用原理、评估的重要性、土地集约利用途径、评价体系、土地集约利用现状和存在的问题,并提出了合理的对策。
