摘    要:为深入了解银杏组织培养与次生代谢分子生物学的研究概况,从外植体来源、培养条件及其对培养物中次生代谢物质含量的影响等方面阐述了银杏固体培养和悬浮培养的研究进展,综述了银杏次生代谢过程中相关基因的克隆状况.

Abstract:For further understanding the advances of tissue culture and molecular biology of secondary metabolism in G.biloba,in this paper the advances in the effects of explant source,solid culture,suspension culture and various kinds of culture conditions on the production of secondary metabolism in G.biloba were summarized.Moreover,the advances in molecular cloning of genes involved in secondary metabolism of G.biloba were reviewed.
