| 摘 要： | 化学显色反应表明,观赏向日葵花瓣色素中主要是以类黄酮为母核的一类物质,以黄酮、黄酮醇、二氧黄酮醇为主,其中Joker和Ring of Fire品种中还可能含有花色素苷紫外-可见光光谱分析表明,观赏向日葵4个品种的花瓣色素中均可能含有二氢黄酮醇类物质,而红色系列的Joker和Ring of Fire品种在530 nm附近...

| Abstract: | Specific color reactions indicated that the flower color pigments of ornamental sunflower(Helianthus annuus L.) were flavonoids and probably including flavones,flananones,flavanonols and so on.The pigments of red and purple flower from 'Joker' and 'Ring of Fire' might contain anthocyanins.The results of UV-visible spectra showed that the flower color pigments from four cultivars of ornamental sunflower probably included flavanonols.The high pressure liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS) was used ... |
