| 摘 要： | 在相同激素配比条件下,采用组织培养法研究不同外植体(根、茎、子叶、下胚轴)对愈伤组织诱导和生长的影响。结果表明,在不同外植体中,下胚轴对愈伤组织的平均诱导率最高(93.9%),且出愈时间最早,褐化率最低(10.6%),是诱导愈伤组织的最佳材料。在特定激素浓度条件下,下胚轴诱导出的愈伤组织中甘草总黄酮的含量相对其他外植体较高;而子叶诱导出的愈伤组织中甘草酸的含量相对其他外植体较高。

| Abstract: | To investigate the effects of different explants on callus in Glycyrrhiza uralensis.With similar hormone concentration in the medium,effects of such factors as root,stem,cotyledon and hypocotyl on the formation of callus in the tissue culture were studied.The hypocotyl was the best among different explants with its inducing ratio reached 93.9%,the callus occurred earliest,and the browning rate was the lowest.With certain hormone concentration in the medium,the content of flavone of the collus from hypocotyl... |
