丁香和藿香不同溶剂提取物对人参黑斑病菌的抑制效果

摘    要:为给研制和开发防治人参黑斑病新型植物源农药提供依据,采用生长速率法和倍比稀释法研究了丁香和藿香不同溶剂提取物对人参黑斑病菌的抑制效果.结果表明:质量浓度为1 g/mL的丁香95%乙醇、丙酮和乙醚粗提物对人参黑斑病菌有较好的抑制作用,抑菌率分别达100%;藿香的95%乙醇、丙酮和乙醚的粗提物抑菌率分别为73.8%、48....

Abstract:The inhibitory effect of different extracts from E.aromatical and P.cablin were analyzed by growth rate and multiple proportion dilution methods to provide the scientific basis for developing new botanical pesticides against A.panax.The results showed that the bacteriostatic rate of the extracts of acetone,ether and 95%ethanol from E.aromatica against A.panax reached 100% and the bacteriostatic rate of the extracts of acetone,ether and 95%ethanol from P.cablin against A.panax was 73.8%,48.7% and 40.0% respe...
