Abstract:The ITS sequences of POD isozyme and rDNA of seven populations from three Berberis species were analyzed by the polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and PCR to study the genetic relationship among B.tsienii,B.weiningensis and B.wilsonae.The results showed that there were 11 isozyme bands in the three Berberis Species.There were 3~6 individual bands,3~4 individual bands and 2~3 individual bands in the three populations of B.tsienii,in the three populations of B.weiningensis and one population of B.wilsonae res...
