摘    要:常温条件下,研究NaCl溶液处理对杨桃采后生理生化的影响。结果表明:杨桃为非跃变型果实,贮藏过程呼吸作用较弱,1%NaCl溶液处理使果实呼吸强强度受到明显抑制,对果肉组织的细胞膜透性、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性和过氧化物酶(POD)活性有一定的抑制作用,对过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性则具有一定的促进作用,抑制果实的酶促褐变、延缓果实的衰老进程、延长杨桃果实的贮藏寿命。

Abstract:The NaCl solution treatment on the postharvest physiology of carambola under normal temperature was researched.The results indicated that the starfruit was nonclimacteric fruits.The respiration action was weak when it was storaged.The respiration was distinctly inhibited by 1%NaCl solution.The membrane permeability of the sarcocarp tissue,activity of polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase of the fruit were distinctly inhibited,while the activity of catalase was promoted.So that the enzymatic browning of fruit wa...
