| Abstract: | In order to explore the allelopathy of grape root decomposing products,tissue cultured plantlets of Red Globe(Vitis vinifera L.) in laboratory and cutting seedlings of Beta(V.riparia×V.labrusca) by pot experiment were used to examine the effect of grape decomposing products on plant growth.Laboratory tests showed 0.01,0.05,0.1 g·mL-1(root dry weight/culture medium volume,the same below) grape root decomposing products inhibited significantly growth of grape plantlets,the inhibition being stronger at higher concentrations of root decomposing products.Pot experiment indicated that root decomposition substance significantly inhibited grape growth,and their inhibiting effect became stronger with the increase of grape root in soil,Benzoic acid,phenylpropionic acid and salicylic acid were determined by LC-MS in grape root decomposing products,which had significant allelopathy effect on tissue-cultured plantlets of Shanhe No.2(V.amurensis×V.riparia).So,allelochemicals from root decomposing products was an important reason of grape replant disease. |
