摘    要:为了探索窄冠刺槐大批量育苗的方法,通过组织培养试验,探讨窄冠速生刺槐的组织培养技术.结果表明,通过选用窄冠速生刺槐叶柄进行组织培养,筛选出最佳的诱导培养基配方为MS+6-BA2.5 mg/L+NAA 1 mg/L,最佳增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0+IBA 0.05 mg/L,生根培养基为1/2MS+IAA 0.2...

Abstract:The tissue culture technology of R.pseudoacacia was studied to explore a method for mass seedling of R.pseudoacacia.Through the tissue culture of petiole of R.pseudoacacia,the best media for induction,proliferation and rooting were screened out,which were MS + 6-BA 2.5 mg/L+NAA 1 mg/L,MS + 6-BA 2.0 mg/L + IBA 0.05 mg/L and 1/2 MS+IAA 0.25 mg/L respectively.The tissue culture system of R.pseudoacacia was proposed as well.
