小头飞虱属2个近缘种的ITS分析

摘    要:为了更准确地鉴别飞虱科近缘种类,采用DNA测序的方法获得小头飞虱属2个近缘种类的ITS1部分序列,并对其进行了分子鉴定。结果表明,黄小头飞虱和四刺小头飞虱ITS1序列平均长度分别为802bp和1 044bp,可初步区分二者;二者遗传距离在种内为0.005~0.035,种间为2.725~2.833,差异显著;系统发育重建显示2个近缘种类各自聚为1支,二者互为姐妹群。研究结果初步证实,通过对ITS1序列信息、遗传距离和系统发育分析等研究,可以准确鉴定飞虱科的近缘种类,进而解决形态学分类时而无法准确鉴定等问题。

Abstract:Molecular identification of two related species of bamboo-feeding planthopper genus Malaxella,M.flava and M.tetracantha,was studied based on internal transcribed spacer-1 to identify the related species of Delphacidae.The results showed the sequences length of M.flava and M.tetracantha were 802 and 1 044 respectively,genetic distance of interspecies and intraspecies were obviously different,both category were sister group in phylogenetic analysis.So accuracy identification was possible through the research ...
